This Privacy Policy explains how NextTech Innovators (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the FleetIQ mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using FleetIQ you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

FleetIQ is a fleet-management application that helps businesses track vehicles, manage drivers, schedule maintenance, and monitor operational costs. The Service is operated by NextTech Innovators.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, business/company name, and role, provided when you register or are added to a fleet.
• Fleet & operational data — vehicle records, driver details, assignments, maintenance logs, payments and other data you enter to run your fleet.
• Location data — where you enable it, we process vehicle and/or device location to provide tracking and trip features. Location is used to deliver these features and is not sold.
• Usage & device information — app interactions, device type, operating system, and diagnostic logs used to keep the Service secure and reliable.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its features.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Display fleet, driver, location, and financial information to authorized users.
• Improve performance, troubleshoot issues, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Communicate service-related notices and respond to support requests.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With other authorized users within your own organization/fleet, as required to operate the Service.
• With service providers that host and support the app (for example, our cloud database and authentication provider) under agreements that protect your data.
• Where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

5. Data storage & security

Data is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers and protected using industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Data retention

We retain personal and operational data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

8. Children’s privacy

FleetIQ is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, through in-app notice.
